Shi Yan Zhuang is the 34th generation Shaolin Temple Worrior monk and he is the head coach of the Shaolin Worriors. He has stayed at the Temple for many years.
Master Shi Yan Zhuang is very good at many traditional Shaolin forms Qigong but is known in Shaolin for his Internal Kungfu Rou Quan ( Soft Fist). Shifu Kanishka became his disciple in 2014 and started training in Internal Kungfu with him since then.
