Gurukul Facilities
Shaolin Gurukul is a treat to the eyes and the soul. It is located in the beautiful valley of Pangot, near Nainital. It has a large beautiful campus, with a large open and covered dojo, Temple, teacher’s quarters, the Gurukul kitchen, dining area, student’s living area, rest rooms and landscaped spaces. The following facilities are available at the Gurukul:
- Fully equipped Martial arts dojo – open to students from morning 6AM to evening 8PM
- Pads, boxing gloves, head guards, MMA gloves, punching bags, PTK Knives, PTK sticks, Mabu wooden dummy, Wing chun training dummy, traditional Shaolin weapons, Mats
- Spacious Jungle Safari Tents for students
- Large VIP Tents for students
- Washing machines
- 24 hours hot water
- Gurukul Kitchen which serves 5 meals in a day. There is a facility to place order from a Snack menu.
- Delicious Indian vegetarian food is served. Occasionally high-protein non-vegetarian food is served, as it’s helpful for training
- Medicines/essential items can be ordered one day in advance by students
- A local shop is at a kilometre’s distance, from where you can buy local supplies
