Shaolin Kung Fu Forms (Quan Fa)

Shaolin Quan Fa are predefined system of fighting- these are also known as Kata in karate.

Shaolin has over 100 fighting forms the most famous and commonly practiced Quan fa system are- Wu Bu Quan, Xiao Hong Quan, Da Hong Quan, Tong Bi Quan, Lian Huan Quan, Tai tzu Chang Quan, Pao Quan, Mehiua Quan, Jitti Quan etc.

To practice Shaolin Gong Fu you need to empty your mind (Chan meditation). Then focus on the form, with perseverance you will learn the secret techniques hidden inside them.
